Internet facility
Above rent amount is inclusive of:
- housekeeping service (2 staff in house on daily basis)
- water supply & power consumption
- bedsheets/towels/pillows at disposal (in 3 bedrooms)
- compound swimming pool available + sunbeds with beach towel
- fully equipped kitchen + cook service on supplement as per below indicated
- Security service and emergency lights available in case of any black-out
Not included in the rates:
- Cook service 7 euro per day
- Personal laundry service is also available at a separate cost (direct payment)
- Car rental at 30/40 euro per day (special monthly rental rates can be agreed in advance)
- Transfers in/out ex/to Mombasa Airport can be arranged at a separate cost depending on the number of clients
Private taxi (2/3 people) 40 euro per way
Private minibus (4/5/6 people) 65 euro per way

As for payment details,kindly note that we request usually 30% down payment at the confirmation
and final payment 45 days prior your arrival date.
Per tutti i nostri Clienti e’ incluso gratuitamente l’accesso alle strutture piscina e spiaggia dell’Jacaranda Indian Ocean Hotel, a pochi passi dalla nostra struttura.
For all guest is included free of charge the use of swimming pool and beach at Jacaranda India Ocean Hotel, next to Tajriviera House, 5 minutes walk.
